Corrugated paper is a board-like material made by bonding linerboard and corrugated paper that has been processed into a wave shape by a corrugating roller. It is generally divided into two types: single-wall corrugated board and double-wall corrugated board, and is classified into five types according to the size of the corrugation: A, B, C, E, F. Corrugated paper has a history of over a hundred years of invention and application, possessing advantages such as low cost, light weight, easy processing, high strength, excellent printing adaptability, and convenient storage and transportation. More than 80% of corrugated paper can be recycled and regenerated. Corrugated paper can be used as packaging for food or digital products, is relatively environmentally friendly, and is widely used.
A-flute and B-flute corrugation are generally used for transport outer packaging boxes, and beer cases are usually made with B-flute. E-flute is often used for single-piece packaging boxes that have certain aesthetic requirements and contain contents of appropriate weight. F-flute and G-flute corrugation are collectively referred to as micro-flute, which is an extremely thin corrugation, used as disposable packaging containers for food items such as hamburgers, cream-filled pastries, or as packaging for micro-electronic products like digital cameras, portable stereo systems, and refrigerated goods.
